A woman has praised a local taxi driver who goes by the name “Brad Pitt” in his taxi company. Need-A-Cab’s “considerate” driver took his time to ensure his client felt relaxed and reassured throughout her journey after feeling anxious before an appointment.

Liz Murphy, from Plymouth, said she felt anxious and on the verge of a panic attack when she had to go to an appointment on Thursday May 12. However, kind-hearted driver Bradley Bounsall kept him smiling and laughing at the end of his trip.

Bradley, who also goes by “Brad Pitt” at Need-A-Cab, told us how he’s worked for the local business for ten years and how it was his job to talk to customers and put them up to speed. comfortable. We spoke to Bradley who said a few people called him a “Facebook sensation” after seeing the post about his kindness. He also described Liz as a nice lady and said he was happy to hear he had helped.
